The Imagineering Lab™
where play meets possibility
The Imagineering Lab is an immersive team workshop where play meets possibility through imagination and creation. Through a seven-phase architecture, participants move from individual inquiry into active imagination, collective co-creation, reciprocal witnessing, and deeper team development. This is human-centered design meeting symbolic emotional experience design.
The Lab works because it honors the whole person. Rather than extracting performance, it cultivates both individual and collective presence and genuine participation. Participants arrive as colleagues and leave as witnesses to one another — having seen themselves more clearly, experienced a sense of genuine belonging, and reconnected with their own innate motivation. What you discover in yourself ripples into the team. What the team creates together reflects back to you. Co-creation comes alive through play and imagination.
Your session is facilitated by Anna Mouchref, Dreamweaver, strategist, and experience architect. I bring over a decade of expertise in Human-Centered Design Strategy, Active Imagination Coaching, and both Team Culture and Leadership Development work, including my work as former Global Head of Culture, Diversity & Belonging with incredible organizations across the world. I hold this space with rigor and warmth, designing for progressive team and cultural development that truly matters.
